As part of the international outreach activities of the Jean Monnet Chair CE4INT – Circular Economy for Sustainable Development and International Trade, Professor Massimiliano Montini participated in an Advanced Training Course held at Universidad Nacional de La Plata within the framework of the TRANSNATIONAL EDUCATION PROJECT #TNEDESK, coordinated by Università degli Studi di Bari and funded by the European Union through the Next Generation EU Programme.
During the academic activities, Professor Montini presented his research on the European Union’s external action and the global challenges related to the implementation of the European Green Deal, developed within the Jean Monnet Chair CE4INT. The exchange with students, researchers, and faculty members fostered an enriching dialogue on sustainability, circular economy, and international cooperation, highlighting the importance of shared academic reflection in addressing global environmental challenges.
The visit also included institutional meetings at Universidad del Salvador with colleagues Martina Lourdes Rojo and Santiago Deluca, aimed at strengthening academic cooperation with Università di Siena and exploring future opportunities for joint research and educational initiatives.
This experience further confirms the relevance of international academic dialogue and transnational collaboration in promoting sustainable development and advancing the objectives of the circular economy at a global level.
